Who follows Scripture perfectly? Answer: Nobody.
Who never sins? Answer: Only liars.
"Everyone sins", St. Paul said (Romans 3:23), and he called himself the worst sinner who ever lived (1 Timothy 1:15). Why? Because he persecuted Christians and conspired to have them killed. If the Greatest Apostle could also be the "worst sinner", I think whatever little sins you may commit, from time to time, shouldn't worry you. Just repent (which means to "turn away" from them), ask Christ to forgive you, and move on. Don't look back.
Now, living in sin is another matter. Keep sinning, and you will destroy yourself. What is sin? Read the Bible. Start with the Ten Commandments (Exodus 20) and the Beatitudes of Christ (Mathew 5):
“Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted. Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the Earth. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled. Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God. Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God. Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven" (Mathew 5:3-12).
Sin is transgression of God's Law, His Commandments, and Christ's own words, as well as the Apostles' injunctions. These are all summed up in two Commandments: "Love the Lord thy God with all thy heart and with all thy mind and with all thy soul" and "Love thy neighbor as thy self." If you do not have love for God and love for others, you are filled with sin.
Finally, what is a "Christian"? Everyone is a "Christian" these days. It is fashionable. But are you truly SAVED? Have you given your heart to Christ, asked Him to forgive you of your sins, and to become Lord of your life? To guide your footsteps in the promises of the Father?
We are justified by Faith in Christ, but that isn't just an empty word. It is a lifestyle. This doesn't mean we need to be perfect, but it does mean we must first turn away from sin, then seek after His Commandments.
Every Believer struggles with sin, and usually those pointing out another's faults are projecting their own massive faults on others. I do not know if this is you, but ignore such Pharisee nonsense. I've never met a "Christian" who was without sin (Cf. John 8:7).
Here is a simple sinner's prayer I pray with others: "Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior. In Jesus' Name, Amen." If you pray that, believing in your heart, you are Saved. Now, go and "sin no more", as Jesus said.
Also, get a good KJV Study Bible, find a good Classical Pentecostal or Evangelical church, and start walking in the footsteps of the Messiah.
