We are a republic, not a democracy, which means we have separation of powers and divided government where the People elect those who govern them.
This extends not just to the federal government, but also to state governments. States are sovereign entities, with clearly delineated rights and responsibilities. When Bragg indicted former President Trump for political reasons, he did so with New York State law.
It is time we utilize Red State laws to bring to justice corrupt Democrat politicians.
